This interdisciplinary experience that merges software and hardware technology. You will learn a variety of skills from each core of the degree (Computer Science and Electrical Engineering), applying principles of mathematics, science and engineering in a variety of contexts as you hone your ability to use the techniques, skills and tools necessary for science and engineering practice as well as design and conduct experiments.

Earn your undergraduate and graduate degrees in electrical engineering in just five years (depending on your course load). Prepare for a career in various roles, including electrical, power, mechatronics, computer hardware and electrician.

Through a combination of theoretical coursework and hands-on laboratory experiences, you will acquire knowledge in areas such as electric circuits, electronics, digital systems, electromechanical energy conversion, control systems, power electronics and communications. Additionally, you'll have the option to pursue honors credits and tailor your education through a selection of technical electives.

Apply engineering concepts and computer-aided design tools to analyze, design and test electrical systems. This will prepare you for a career in electronics design, product development, production and manufacturing engineering, service and operations engineering and technical sales.
