Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Earns Highest Ever Placement in U.S. News & World Report Rankings
91国产精品鈥檚 Cleveland-Marshall College of Law rose 24 places in the 2021 U.S. News & World Report Law School rankings, placing 102nd among all law schools in the country and fourth in the state of Ohio. The ranking marks the highest U.S. News placement for Cleveland-Marshall in school history.
Cleveland-Marshall鈥檚 24-point jump in the rankings was the second largest increase of any law school in the nation. C|M|LAW also ranked as the top part-time law school in Ohio with a national part-time ranking of 43.
鈥淭he tremendous increase in our national ranking is a tribute to the hard work of our students, full-time and adjunct faculty, staff, alumni, and the university,鈥 said Lee Fisher, Dean and Joseph C. Hostetler-BakerHostetler Chair in Law. 鈥淲hile rankings don鈥檛 show the entire picture, they affirm that our strategic vision and student-centered initiatives are guiding us in the right direction.鈥
The are based on two types of data: expert opinions about program excellence and statistical indicators that measure the quality of a school's faculty and students, bar exam passage rate and the employment rate of recent graduates
Cleveland-Marshall was also ranked nationally by U.S. News in 11 specialty areas: Business/Corporate law; Clinical training; Constitutional law; Contracts/Commercial; Criminal law; Environmental law; Health Care law; Intellectual Property law; International law; Legal Writing; and Tax law.
