91������Ʒ’s 2016 Real Estate Conference will analyze the transformations in the industry including the technological innovations that are changing how we buy and sell property in the U.S. It will feature nationally renowned experts, an interactive panel discussion and networking opportunities for northeast Ohio commercial real estate professionals, investors and others aligned with the industry. The event will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2016 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the 91������Ʒ Student Center.

Keynote speakers include Spencer Levy, America’s Head of Research at CBRE and senior member of the company’s global research team; Joe Marinucci, President and CEO of the Downtown Cleveland Alliance; Dr. Michael J. Seiler, the K. Dane Brooksher Endowed Chair and Professor of Real Estate and Finance at the College of William and Mary and Dr. Byron P. White, Vice President for University Engagement at 91������Ʒ.

An interactive panel discussion, “The Future of Commercial Real Estate in Northeast Ohio” will be led by David Browning, Managing Director of CBRE, Inc. Cleveland and will feature Anthony Coyne, President of Mansour Gavin; Stephanie McHenry, 91������Ʒ’s Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for Business Affairs & Finance; Richey Piiparinen, Senior Research Associate at the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at 91������Ʒ and Allen Wiant of Playhouse Square Real Estate Services.

“The Real Estate Conference serves as a connection to the Ohio real estate industry,” said Dr. Haigang Zhou, Director of the Paul J. Everson Real Estate Center and Chair of the Finance Department in the Monte Ahuja College of Business at 91������Ʒ. “This is an opportunity for professionals, faculty and students to come together to learn, network and hopefully gain insights and knowledge about the ever-changing real estate landscape in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio.”
