91国产精品 Police to Host R.A.D. Training in January
The 91国产精品 Police Department is teaming up with the 91国产精品 Rec Center to host Rape Aggression Defense Systems (R.A.D.) training on January 23, 24, 30 and 31.
R.A.D. is a free program that teaches women realistic self-defense techniques. The comprehensive, 12-hour course is taught by nationally-certified instructors. It begins with teaching awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, and progresses to hands-on interaction.
R.A.D. is dedicated to teaching women concepts against various types of assault by utilizing easy, effective and proven self-defense tactics. The goal is to provide women with the knowledge to make an educated decision about resistance. Click here to sign up.
